  • We do not own or operate any of the travel services offered. All bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and policies of the respective travel providers.
  • Prices, availability, and itineraries are dynamic and may fluctuate without prior notice until a booking is finalized and ticketed.

2. User Responsibility & Age Requirements

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. You agree to be financially responsible for all uses of this website by yourself and anyone using your login information. Users must provide accurate, complete, and true booking and traveler information. Incorrect details (such as misspelled names) can heavily impact booking eligibility and may result in denied boarding or significant additional fees.

3. Travel Documents and Health Requirements

It is the traveler's strict responsibility to ensure they meet all domestic and foreign entry requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, holding a valid passport (often requiring at least 6 months of validity beyond your intended return date), acquiring necessary visas or transit visas, and meeting any health or vaccination requirements. World of Wanderer accepts no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct travel documents.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed in full before a booking confirmation or e-ticket is issued. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge the total amount of your reservation. In the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or billing mismatches, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and request additional verification.

5. Cancellation, Modifications, and Refunds

Cancellation and refund outcomes are strictly governed by the airline, hotel, or car provider's policies and the specific fare rules attached to your reservation. Many discounted or promotional fares are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.

  • In cases where refunds or changes are permitted by the provider, World of Wanderer may charge an administrative service fee per passenger, in addition to any penalties imposed by the supplier.
  • Refund processing times can vary depending on the supplier and your banking institution, often taking between 1 to 3 billing cycles.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use this website for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. Furthermore, you agree not to:

  • Make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations.
  • Access, monitor, or copy any content or information using robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means.
  • Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
  • "Frame," "mirror," or otherwise incorporate any part of this website into any other website or application.

7. Liability Disclaimer

World of Wanderer is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. We hold no liability and will make no refund in the event of flight delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, force majeure events, or airline schedule changes outside our direct control.
